General Tours & Services
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 200 AED cancellation fee plus any debit or credit card charges applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Cancellation notice must be provided in writing by email We do not accept responsibility for instructions which do not reach us due to failures in the postal, electronic or telecommunications systems. If you have not had any correspondence from our team it is your duty to reach out and confirm your booking or cancellation. We use third parties to facilitate bookings or cancellations, note we do not take responsibility or offer refunds for some bookings cancelled less than 60 days from the date of your intended booking (please refer to our cancellation policy), some bookings have zero refund. If you have emailed us to cancel a booking and not heard from us within 24 hours it is your duty to follow up your request to cancellation, we action the emails from the time we received your email, failure to correspond could delay or could mean we haven’t received your correspondence.
Ticketed Attractions & Activities
For bookings that include tickets to the following attractions, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed:
- Zipline Marina
- Museum of the Future
- Ferrari World
- Atlantis Aquaventure
- Swim with Dolphins
- Burj Khalifa (At The Top)
- Wild Wadi Waterpark
- Helicopter Tours
- Dubai Parks & Resorts
Tickets for these attractions are issued upon booking and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Hotels
We offer hundreds of hotels across various countries and due to this various hotels have different terms of cancellation. It is important you check the cancellation clause which will vary from different bookings, when creating your reservation you can review the date you are able to make changes to your reservation. Note some changes may result in additional charges and this will need further payment should you require to upgrade or amend your booking. If there is no cancellation clause displayed on your hotel booking page which would allow you to cancel by a certain date, in this case we allow you to cancel 45 days prior to your booking for a refund less any debit or credit card charges. We would also charge 200 AED for admin charges.

Appartments
With our extensive range of apartments across various different locations, we and our partners require 60 days notice prior to cancellation for a refund. Failure to correspond by this period may affect your refund. It is important you check the cancellation clause which will vary from different bookings, when creating your reservation you can review the date you are able to make changes to your reservation. Note some changes may result in additional charges and this will need further payment should you require to upgrade or amend your booking. If there is no cancellation clause displayed on your apartment booking page which would allow you to cancel by a certain date, in this case we allow you to cancel 60 days prior to your booking for a refund less any debit or credit card charges. We would also charge 200 AED for admin charges.

Car Hire Rental
If we have reserved a vehicle with one of our partners we require at least 14 days notice of cancellation. If you’ve failed to cancel your car hire booking less than 14 days you will be made liable for the duration of the hire period in full or partially.
In this event as we use third parties to facilitate your booking we would need to liaise with our partners and advise if any refund can be offered in most cases this wouldn’t be the case.
If you manage to cancel the booking 14 days prior to the date of hire vehicle being driven by you, we reserve a 200 AED admin charge plus any debit or credit charges would be liability of the hirer.
